Meet the Doctor
Daniel M. Perry D.D.S., L.L.C.
Dr. Perry is a Lake Charles native graduating from Barbe High school, McNeese State University, and LSU Dental School. After graduating in 2005, Dr.Perry went straight into practice, acquiring the general dentistry practice of Dr. John L. Speer. Following hurricane Rita, Dr. Perry also acquired the patients of Dr. Jacob Dent, who lost his building in Creole, LA. In 2010, Dr. Perry moved his practice to 4301 Lake Street, taking responsibility for the care of Dr. Hugh W. Raetzsch’s patients. He continues to provide care for new and existing patients at this location.
Dr. Perry stays current by attending many post-graduate courses in different fields of dentistry. Professional affiliations include the American Dental Association, Louisiana Dental Association, and Calcasieu Parish Dental Society. He has served as Secretary, Treasurer, and President of the Calcasieu Parish Dental Society. He also has served as Secretary, Treasurer, and President of the Southwest District of the Louisiana Dental Association.
The Profession of dentistry is common among the family of Dr. Perry. His father, Dr. Randall Perry, is a retired general dentist who practiced in Lake Charles. He has two uncles, Dr. Alan Perry and Dr. Paul Perry, that are orthodontist both practicing in the Lake Charles area. Additionally, he has many relatives that also practice dentistry across Louisiana. Dr. Perry is married and has two children, a girl and a boy.
